To investigate what is happening you will probably need to put the collector into Debug low (via File, System Settings), restart the collector and then take a look in the collector.log file. It may be that the collector cannot detect the install location of the NetWorker client, however the collector.log should give more clues.
If there is not anything obvious then I would recommend raising a ticket via EMC Powerlink so that DPA support can investigate for you.

Thanks for your answer
I will try to do what you mention and comment on the results.
Additional to this I add other errors got on DPA.
these are the errors appear when I run the Test
- Failed (could'nt check request)
- Failed (Error loading module Networker)
