10.2 Compatibility mode
Right click on the drivers file, left click properties and left click compatibility. Change the compatibility to match the drivers/software that you are trying to install (if the drivers/software is Vista, then try using Vista, I used Vista SP2). Then right click on the drivers, left click run as administrator.
Do NOT check the box, Run this program as an administrator.
