Hi Guna!

Thank you for your post. Dell Support has methods to assist in unlocking your device, and sadly this cannot be done through our forums. I would highly suggest to call into our Dell Hardware queues through phone, chat or through our online ticketing tools at: https://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/au/en/audhs1/contactus/Dynamic.

You will need to have the hardware available, and a request for various information about the hardware and the account will be needed to validate ownership before the support team can assist.
