To Perform a Factory Reset you will need to engage Dell Tech Support.
The process is called RE-image and can only be done by Dell Employees and/or Certified Dell Partners.
The process involves doing a complete re-install of ESXi and the IDPA components, followed by a deployment and configuration of the IDPA.
