Hi, this is about my wife's Dell laptop..She is locked out of her laptop with a message..Dell Security Manager - This computer system is protected by a password authentication system..You cannot access the data without the correct password..Please type the system or administrator password.

You need to call Dell support.  Upon ownership verification, they will assist in unlocking the system.
