Would like to specify - i have indeed TPM 1.2 version, but seems like i cant update to newer version.
And i was curious if i could buy a physical TPM 2.0 module, which i could add to my pc motherboard physically... and i could find, was wondering maybe someone knows of a physical module, which compliments my pc and would work... since i lnow i cant update to 2.0 version, seems like...

Hi
The Dell Optiplex 7020 Tower originally comes with a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 1.2.
However, some configurations or later updates may support or can be upgraded to TPM version 2.0 firmware if the BIOS/UEFI supports it.
The base model TPM hardware is TPM 1.2, and upgrading to TPM 2.0 may require firmware updates or newer BIOS support.
I don't think you have any real path to an upgrade.
Rufus is a possibility, depending on your ultimate goal.

Hi
I know of no such thing, nor does the inter-web.
You don't mention the end position that you want to achieve.
