16 DC16251, GPU driver issue, color issue

I'm having a similar issue, after a windows update all of my photos have now turned to an orange color where a light skin color would be. This started on 6/13/26. We have determined this to be a graphics driver issue but the ONLY one that will work is the basic Microsoft driver which wont work with the software I use to do my business. They have replaced the monitor 3 times, the motherboard once and I've sent it in. I've had a tech onsite twice and have been promised a new laptop over a week ago. As of early last week I've had over 54 emails back and forth and been promised a phone call from a manager that has the authority to DO SOMETHING yet to no avail. Like you I gave good money for this laptop and expect a working laptop or my money back. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND DELL EVER AGAIN. And I'm so sure that will really hurt them huh? : -(

Not sure what else we can do at this point.
