WiFi Issues

I'm wondering if anyone could help here.

We have a range of DELL Laptops within our arsenal and are currently experiencing issues when disconnecting from ethernet. At present our users plugin to a USB-C monitor which has the ethernet cable plugged directly in, therefore everything goes via the USB-C cable.

Upon disconnecting from ethernet we'd expect our users to connect to our corporate WiFi which is using cert-based authentication. However, the W11 DELL laptops appear to either connect right away, then disconnect after a minute or so (showing the globe icon) whereby manual re-connect is required. Or, The WiFi won't connect automatically and requires manual intervention.

Upon looking at the WLAN-AutoConfig logs on Event Viewer the events seem to point towards the connection being disconnected "due to the driver".

Has anyone had anything similar?
