3.10 -> 4.1 migration failure
This looked like it was running but the 4.1 host reported that the 3.10 host has exited the Maintenance state. When I go to the 3.10 host I can't restart the migration. The destination host fields are all read-only and it's blocked at that point.
I tried restarting the appliance but that didn't clear anything.
No Events found!

Hi,
Do you have a screenshot of the mentioned page where you said it is greyed off? Does it have any pop up error banner for any attention on both the 3.10 and 4.1 appliance? Have you tried restarting the services in TUI?
When you did the migration, did you recall seeing the banner similar to this tutorial video at 6:25 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uckcVIKr3xo

If this a smaller environment dont waste time and consider a fresh install of OME 4.5.
I have to say sorry but this kind of "migration" is one of the worsts in history. Right now i have 4.1 which doesnt comes out of the Maintance/Post.

Even though the ip and user fields are green they are disabled.

This may be the problem:
Looks like the migrate started a backup (?) and its stuck.
Can't enable the migration and can't delete / disable the backup job(s).

Also - why does this image need a 415Gb drive? and > 26Gb of RAM? Seems a tad excessive.

Do you have a good snapshot you can revert back to?
If the backup operation is stuck or failed:
Try reboot the OME appliance

I tried a reboot / restart early on. No change in state.

Hi,
The banner is showing that the appliance has done STREAMING for migration. Can you try to check in 4.1 appliance on Migrate In process. You can refer to the steps in the video that I've attached, time: 6:50.

4.1 shows migration failed:
Running import process.
