Bug in AD authentication logon

Hi,

I want to report a bug here, we had a user who was nog able to log on to dell open manage when they had a very strong password (multiple special characters) after doing a lot of troubleshooting and changing his password to something less secure he was able to log on.

Were doing a domain lookup, other users were able to log on during this time without any issues.

looks like the software is not accepting the complicated passwords, it was presenting us with a "incorrect username of password" error code each time the user tried to log in.

The user changing his password fixed this issue for us and it has not come back since.

A few things to check, can you let us know the OME version that you're on? Also, what is the client OS that has the access issue? Can you also provide us an example of the complex password that you have used that which has issues?
