Cisco switches MIBs import

I want to import some MIB files for some Cisco switches but most of the mib-files are dependent on one or more MIBs files and I get the Unresolved types dialog, listing the files it needs.

However, I am unable to upload the requested type as when I select the file and press "Finish" it only returns to the start "Import MIB" dialog with no traps added.

Hi,

maybe the files are somehow corrupted? I guess you tried it like described in the

Dell EMC OpenManage Enterprise Version 3.4.1 User's Guide (https://dell.to/2FcMS9a)

Resolve MIB types
1. Import the MIB files. See Import MIB files on page 125.
If the MIB type is unresolved, the Unresolved Types dialog box lists MIB type(s) indicating that the MIB type(s) will be imported only if resolved.
2. Click Resolve Types.
3. In the Resolve Types dialog box, click Select Files, and then select the missing file(s).
4. In the Import MIB dialog box, click Next. If there are still missing MIB types, the Unresolved Types dialog box again lists the missing
MIB types. Repeat steps 1-3.
5. After all the unresolved MIB types are resolved, click Finish. Complete the importing process. See Import MIB files on page 125.

Are you using one of the supported web browsers?

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and later (64-bit)
• Mozilla Firefox 52 and later
• Google Chrome 58 and later
• Microsoft Edge version 41.16299 and later

It might help to try again with a different browser.
