Delete rack in Power Manager

Hi @KevinA-REJIS,

Mind letting me know what version is your OME and Power Manager?

Do you have a screenshot of the old rack and new rack view? I might need it to try to reach out to support to find out if it is possible. Also are both old and new rack in the same physical group? If you were to click on edit group, is there any options for you to remove the old rack? (Apologies, I don't have access to test environment OME to check the available options)

We're on OpenManage Enterprise 3.10.0 (Build 169) and Power Manager 3.1.0.167. Here's the screenshot of the racks:

The red rack is the old one, the green rack is the new one. 

I'm not for sure if they're in the same physical group, I used the option to have OME create the hierarchy. It doesn't look like there's an option to edit the physical groups, just Import, Refresh, and to have OME create the hierarchy.

Unfortunately neither of those sections can help me, the server for rack 209 isn't actually managed by Power Manager. I don't believe we purchased it with OpenManage Advanced licensing.

That might be the reason you're not able to remove the rack from physical group. 

Try contacting OME support via technical phone to raise a ticket to check if they are able to remove it, or you may need to reinstall OME.

Since it's just a cosmetic issue, I'm OK with leaving it as-is. Do you know if the ability to delete racks will be added in a future version of OME?
