Deploying template/cifs connectivity

Question

I'm trying to deploy a template from a reference device and boot to a network iso but when I test the connection to my windows server that has the server iso via cifs the connection test fails. I can't find any documentation other than the generic 'put in the path username and password'. Has anyone been able to make that work?

I would start with looking at the folder structure, it may not be handling spaces in the share folder well, or something like that.

If you can share the config, minus the IP and stuff, we can check it and confirm. You can also private message me this as well.

Chris, I was able to figure it out - put domain name in the workgroup setting instead of leaving it blank and using domain\username in the username field got the connection test to pass. Robert
