Enable cloudIQ for S5248F switch

when i try to do this on my switch, i get this error 

CORE-S5248F(conf-support-assist)# do support-assist generate universal-key FXXXXXX 28xx
% Error: Connectivity Failure

 

i have already open firewall access for the switch

i haave managed to enable auto-support on the switch. but i cannot add the switch to the cloudIQ portal .
Error says No powerswitch system found with service tag xxxxxx
