Error creating template compliance baseline

Whenever I attempt to create a Compliance Baseline, it fails with the error

I am running 3.9.0 Build 55 of OpenMange Enterpise with no plugins installed

Hy! I've faced the same issue, after upgrading the OpenManage to 3.9.

I've tried in a different browser, and guess what: the Compilance menu have a new schedule tab, which is not shown in my default Chrome browser.

I've faced this kind of cache issue with OpenManage after upgrading it. Try it with private mode, or another browser (I've did with firefox, now I have my new configuration compilance)

I would start with reading through page 122-128 here, and verify the configuration was performed as described. Also would you confirm where in the process you see the error, and if there is anything in the error log despite the error you posted?

The error occurs as soon as I click Finish on Step 2

The scheduling and notification options described in the manual were not offered

Where can I see the error log?

Hi Jai, I guess we can try to see the log by enabling Debug Logging. user guide page 33. You may find this video helpful to see the log of the error. https://dell.to/3wEyUVz;

Hi Jai, unfortunately, I don't have the authority to approve "dat.ini" file, otherwise I would try to help. As far as I know, it can be signed by the development team. I solved this by rebooting the appliance that ran OME and it came up properly
