Error on log in to console

Hi,

We are consistently getting the following error after logging into the console:

We are running Version 3.3.1 (Build 12), and this happens to multiple users, but is intermittent but when this happens you have to log out and back in again to clear. 

We have tried different browsers and private mode, but the error still appears on a consistent but intermittent basis.

Is this a known issue, or is there something we can do to resolve?
