Firmware Baseline not visible for other users
If I create a "Firmware/Driver Compliance" baseline as OME Administrator it is only visible by users with the Administrator Role.
Users with the Device Manager Role can't see it.
Is there a way to fix this?

Hello Muese
Can you try create the Firmware/Driver Compliance base line as a Device Manager user?
Device Manager (DM)
Can only view and manage entities (jobs, firmware or configuration templates and baselines, alert policies, profiles, and so on) that they have created or have assigned ownership.

If a user in the "Device Manager" role create a baseline only she/him can see it or the users in the "Administrator" role
Yeah, but this makes no sense in an Enterprise environment, or?
Administrators cannot create a baseline what the Device Managers can use.
And a Device Manager cannot create a baseline what another Device Manager can see,
Honestly?
I guess, this application is designed, that all users using the same account, or all users have application administrative permission.
I hope somebody can correct me here.

This limitation does not serve the purpose having 2 roles which cannot see each other even thought they have higher privilege then a Viewer user account.
Will this limitation be fixed in the upcoming version by any chance

@DELL-Charles R
Hello,
We have the same problem in our environment, We have followed the suggestion provided here: Create the Firmware/Driver Compliance base line as a Device Manager user
Even after creating Baseline via Device manager role user, other users with same access level , ad group and assignment role can not view the baseline.
Could you help us to overcome this issue.
Regards,
Kalyan

Hello,
I am not aware of your OME version, but if there is an update available, please upgrade it as the issue might be resolved in the new version. Ensure that the other users have the same scope access to the devices or device groups linked to the baseline you created. OME might restrict visibility based on the creator of the baseline. Verify if other users can see baselines created by different Device Managers. Given the discussions in this thread, you may need to contact phone support for the software team to further investigate.

Freddyjdv,
Are you are referring to a baseline that another user created, that doesn't show for you? If that is the case, the only way you would see another user created baseline would be with Administrator permissions, but the custom Roles function, if you add everything we list, doesn't let you do it
Let me know if this helps.
