Firmware Recommendation Between Enterprise and Essentials

I'm not seeing much of anything with OpenManage Essentials anymore, because Enterprise was intended to replace it, not exist alongside it. Essentials isn;t seeing any further development and won't be supported with models that aren't already supported on Essentials 2.5.

So I should ignore the firmware recommendations on Essentials even though it's picking up stuff to update that's not listed in Enterprise?

I would only be looking at Enterprise, since Essentials, I'm pretty sure, won't receive any more patching. 

Without more information, I can't say in your use case that Enterprise is definitely right and Essentials is definitely wrong, but I'd be more inclined to trust Enterprise, and you can take that next step of sureness by verifying with the iDRAC in one of these servers and with the support site. I'd expect Enterprise to reflect what you see in the iDRAC (Enterprise queries the iDRAC directly, instead of navigating to it through software layers).

I 100% believe you about the pictures, and they'd be interesting to see, if you'd like to share them. I'm not sure if they'll help with the issue you're seeing, but I can't imagine that it'd hurt.

I removed the server name, but this is all that Essentials picks up.
