Http Status : 404 Operation failed. ========== EEMI Code: CGEN1013 ==========

We've taken delivery and installed 20 new R770's all 10 per site, we've setup Dell SCG perfectly without issue however we can't setup these new servers as devices in OME, we are getting the same error on all the servers which is below.  We have many servers setup without issue on OME just no IDRAC10's

We can connect to the idrac no problems.

Results :

We've looked with the Dell Troubleshooting tool and SNMP is working just fine,

TLS 1.2 Handshake successful.

The WS-Man target has TLS 1.2 enabled. If OME is unable to discover this device, install the required updates on the system where OME is installed. For more details, see “Enabling support for TLS 1.1 or 1.2” at delltechcenter.com/ome.

Identify Failed. Could not connect
Tested WS-MAN but from what I've read this is no longer used on IDRAC10's so this should fail.

Dude! OME 3.10 is stone aged and doesnt support iDRAC10.

Update to 4.5.latest and it would work.

Cheers Joerg - didn't even know a newer version was out, this appliance only updated a few weeks ago, then to find v4.x has been out for over a year - wow - now on 4.6 and idrac10 fully in - thanks again.

Your 3.10.x was from 2023 and they added Gen.16(with iDRAC9) support in that period of time.   HW with  iDRAC10 comes in Q4/2024 or Q1/2025 because software support was a little bit late.

Joerg
