Login to Web denied after uninstalling "Services" Plugin
Hello,
after uninstalling the Services Plugin i am not allowed to login back to the Web Interface.
Critical Error: The user name or password you entered is incorrect. Please try again (make sure your caps lock is off).
I checked the password is correct, and i can Change it via TUI to an other one, but cannot Login to Webinterface.
(Yes, i restarted the appliance)
Regards and thank for your help.

Hello is this a dominant account? Or local?
Have you changed passwords recently?
Do you have another login information that you can try? If so, seeing the same result?

Hi, I was also thinking to mention also TUI https://dell.to/3I6vNMA
However, it might be related to the different keyboard layouts. for example, while inputting passwords on the TUI and then on the web console. That could be a cause wrong typo.

Hello,
I tripple checked this. I use a Passwort where all chars are the same at different keyboard Layouts.
And checked my "typen" passwort on the TUI in clear text.

Hello dadragan,
Give these steps a try and check results:
*Reboot appliance (you indicate you have already done this one)
*Clear browser cache
*Try a different browser
Did you get a snapshot of working appliance before removing Services plug in that you can revert to?

Hey,
when i do this, insert my Product ID, th next Page show, "Please select your Problem" and the only one Option in the List is "Please select your Problem". (I opened an Case by Call Dell, but because i habe no Express Service Code and no "physical" Hardware it was not so easy)

After snapshot revert still have unsupported disabled services version installed.
Please make a fix for this issue.

Same issue here.
Must be a Dell OME problem
Is there a way to root onto the vm and remove pluggins that way ?
