No MIGRATE IN option
I wanted to migrate from OME 3.10 to 4.2
Unfortunately, version 4.2 does not have the MIGRATION / MIGRATION IN option, there is only backup and restore.

I found this here.
To perform an offline upgrade from OpenManage Enterprise 4.0, 4.0.1, or 4.1 to 4.2, download the necessary upgrade files here.
For upgrading from the older 3.10.x version to OpenManage Enterprise 4.1:
Note: You must be on OpenManage Enterprise version 3.10.x to migrate to OpenManage Enterprise 4.1. Upgrades from 4.0 and 4.0.1 are in-place upgrades.
