OME Backup Task failed
Hello,
I have configured a task to backup OME (v3.10) to a CIFS share. The backup fails with the following message:
Messages:
Running
Error on backup workflow.
Backup pre-check is not successful.
Task Failed. Completed With Errors.
I have verified that debug mode is disabled, there are no running tasks, there are not plugins in disabled state, the account has access to the CIFS share.
Is there a log file that can provide more details on why the backup is failing?

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
This doesn’t seem to have happened all of a sudden.
You have that
“Error on backup workflow. “ from the getgo
Then we may need to start from how you configured, what document you referred to and etc.
Would you kindly raise an official ticket with Dell support? May need a remote session.

Hi,
I used the official OME User Guide for version 3.10 to configure the backup task.
I will open a support case, but was wondering if there is any logs I can check for more details.
