OME reporting wrong current firmware version

I'm using OpenManage Enterprise version 3.5.0 (Build 60) and it's reporting that my PowerEdge R430 has an Dell 12Gbps SAS HBA firmware outdated (current version 03.09.00.00), even after I manually updated it to the latest version (16.17.01.00). I've even try to update the firmware manually again, and the installer says it already in the latest version. I've rebooted the server (Windows Server 2012 R2) just in case, but the error persists. I've already did a compliance/inventory update and the problem remains. Other firmwares (like iDrac, PERC, BIOS) are all updated and this is the last one that needs to be updated. What is happening here?
