OpenManage Enterprise 4.3.0 - Services Plugin disabled
We attempted to upgrade OpenManage Enterprise to 4.3.0. Once the upgrade completed, we went to start to upgrade the Plugins. The Services Plugin is disabled and not compatible with the new version. Is there compatible version available?

I opened an SR and to fix the issue. I had to go to "update settings" on the plugin screen and change the "Where to check for updates" from dell.com to Network Share and add "https://dl.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/"
After apply and reload of the page I was able to install Services Version: 4.3.0.972.

Hi,
What version of OME was it upgrade from?
Following this article on Services section, click Update Available. The Update Plugin page is displayed: https://dell.to/41T6QxQ, did you get an error similar to this: https://dell.to/41QqURl
Here are the Services downloads: https://dell.to/41SE0Oa

We are upgrading from Version 4.2.0 (Build 89). The upgrade completes, we are then prompted that there are Plugins that are not compatible. Of the 5 Plugins, only the Services is showing it is does not have a update. We update 4 Plugins. The only Plugin that is not updated it the Services Plugin.
The Services Plugin is currently at 4.2.0.922. It has been disabled and the Version is not compatible.
Is there a place where we can get this new Services Plugin? The links sent, did not have a version 4.3.0.x

I am not finding anything offhand, let me research it and see if I can track it down.

I just performed the 4.2 to 4.3 upgrade and services will not upgrade.
It is disabled as incompatible.
I have both repair and updates to install the 4.3 update to the services plugin.
They appliance seems to work for a while and then restart in the same state (services disabled as old version)

DAcDigital,
Will it allow you to uninstall and then reinstall with 4.3? I ask as that should resolve the issue, but if not then would you Private Message me the svc tag for the server, and then I can look at sending it up.

@DELL-Chris H
I was going to try the uninstall -> reinstall but...
After trying repair option presented twice (still showing disabled/incompatible),
I restarted appliance and increased disk space just in case.
Space was expanded.
When I tried a repair again, I was presented with an error message that said to check the log.
Now, even after another appliance restart, the Services plugin is not showing on the "Console and Plugins" screen at all.
It is still showing up in the "plugins" page and I can navigate the services pages, but it cannot retrieve the current version.
This is in a test environment so I'm willing to work on it and try to resolve.
Trying to PM you seemed to bounce me to the community homepage.
I will try later.

@dAcDigital additionally it seems all the plugins I did not have installed also are missing from the "console and plugins" screen. (I think just the MS HyperV and Configuration plugins were not installed)

Originally we rolled the upgrade back to 4.2. We heard word that the 4.3 Services Plugin was available, so we upgraded again. Services Plugin was disabled. We are leaving the servers at 4.3 and the Services Plugin disabled.

I opened a SR and the fix was ...
From the plugin screen click the "Update Settings"
Change from dell.com to Network Share and add https://dl.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/
After apply screen reloads and Services Version: 4.3.0.972 was listed
install
