Openmanage Enterprise
I have 3 ESXi hosts that are outdated yet openmamage only shows two of them outdated, I've reset the iDRAC of the one server not showing as needing updates as well as rebooted the openmanage appliance, I also deleted the server from openmanage and re added it with no change, why is this happening?

You miss one step and that will make you look like a dunce! It was not added to the baseline, therefore it did not know it was outdated.

The process for updating what is shown on a baseline isn't as straightforward as it might appear. Try to 'refresh inventory' on these devices from the 'All Devices' screen. After that has completed, go to 'firmware compliance' and re-run the baseline you are trying to compare. The updating of the information OME has stored for each of those systems should now show correctly.
