OpenManage returns "This page isn't working"

We have an older PowerEdge 6850 that had OpenManage working at one time. I'm trying to update drivers and firmware, but OpenManage won't open. I've tried to uninstall, reboot, reinstall, but I receive the same error. Even rebooting doesn't help. I've used different browsers, updated java, put this service in the trusted zone, took trusted zone level all the way down, and tried different OpenManage versions. I simply can't get this to work. The OS is Win 2008R2. I've searched the forums and Google, but I can't get this to work. Any other suggestions? Thanks
