OpenManager Enterprise 3.5 with SupportAssistEnterprise Plugin Registration Problem?

Hi Guys,

I am seeing below outlined error in Dell OpenManage Ent. Console when configuring SupportAssist Plugin, Even though I have inputted the correct Access Key & PIN. Kindly can someone advice on this? Is there any firewall rules to check?

Hi, neokevin,

thanks for your new thread.

I found an other thread that could help to solve your Problem.

Please provide Feedback if this helps you, too.

Exact same problem, our web proxy has all of *.dell.com whitelisted.

We aren't seeing any traffic try go out via the web proxy after we click Next on the Access Key and PIN page

It just sits there, does nothing then takes you right back to the Access Key and PIN page

You enter your Access Key and  PIN click Next, nothing happens for a decent amount of time, rinse repeat...

It would be great if there was SSH access into the virtual appliance - hopefully version 3.6 or 4.0 enables this option for troubleshooting purposes.

The one registration bug is fixed, now there is another one further along.

You cannot select a Country / Territory from the drop-down menu – it’s blank

You cannot select a State / Province / Region from the drop-down menu – it’s also blank

You cannot click on next to continue as those two fields are mandatory

Hi @Dell-Martin S ,

I was able to register after allowing below URLs from the firewall.

apidp.dell.com

api.dell.com/

is.us.dell.com/*

downloads.dell.com/*

sa-is.us.dell.com/*

esrs3-core.emc.com/*

esrs3-coredr.emc.com/*

Thanks,

I have tried the following after clearing out cache and cookies

Firefox 83.0

Microsoft Edge 87.0.664.47

Google Chrome 87.0.4280.66

Chrome shows the error before you enter any information

We have whitelisted the aforementioned URLs

We can also see traffic going out to these two specifically..

esrs3-core.emc.com

esrs3-coredr.emc.com

Still can't select anything from the drop down menus to proceed though...
