Plugin installation not starting (OMEnt Version 3.7.0 (Build 82))

Question

After updating the appliance to V 3.7.0 im not able to install the recently downloaded Update Manager plugin (same case with the other plugins).
I don't get any error message or similiar, it just won't install it.

I have also tried rebooting the appliance. Is this a known issue?

Hello brb_e,

I'm sorry to see the plugins are not installing after the appliance update.

First I would recommend: Clear browser cache and/or try different browser

If it still does not install plugin you can enable logging:

Go to OMEnt Text User Interface (TUI) from the hypervisor to setup Debug Logging
Restart OMEnt services, Reproduce the issue
Once all tests are complete you'll want to return here to disable debug logs
