Power Manager plugin - license
So please correct me if I am wrong, to use this - you need the OpenManage Enterprise Advanced license on each server - the iDRAC Enterprise license is not sufficient? I am unable to add any of my devices to Power manager (I only have iDRAC Enterprise licenses).
Thank you,

Hi @ratherman,
I don't think OpenManage Enterprise Advanced license is for iDRAC. It's for OME. How about trying the 90 day trial to check if the issue persist.

Well, that is what I thought - it is confusing. I had previously downloaded the 30 day trail but it is not clear how to apply it to OpenManage Enterprise. It is an XML file. I am open to any suggestions and/or instructions.

Ratherman,
You apply the OME Advanced licenses to the iDRAC, then inventory the iDRAC so it picks up the license is installed.
It's a 1 license per idrac thing, the reason being is that there is no way to apply licenses to OME directly.
Let me know if this helps.

Hi @ratherman,
I apologies for the confusion made. I was reading the user guide of OME licensing and skipped iDRAC 7,8,9 user guide on OME Advanced licensing. You and Chris were right, OME Advanced license is for each servers. Here's the article for iDRAC license installation: https://dell.to/3yKKeyY
