R620 inventory fail
Hi all,
I am trying to update a R620 with OME but inventory process fails. "Inventory detals were not provided by device".
OME version is 3.9.0
Server iDRAC version is 1.57.57

The issue you are seeing is due to the age of the idrac firmware. 1.57.57 is a really old firmware version and is older than the minimum required firmware for use with OME. So what I suggest is that you manually update and then retry OME. Now on a side note, if the idrac is that far back I am concerned the BIOS is as well, if that is the case then you can't update them to the latest versions from where they are now. What you will need to do is walk both the BIOS and the iDrac up step by step together, this will avoid damaging the board.

For OME 3.9.0 iDRAC 7/8 FW 2.40.40.40, iDRAC9 FW 3.00.00.00
