Replace Dell OME Self-Signed Certificate
Hello, I hope you are well.
I have upgraded my Dell OME Appliance using the in-console update:-
From version - 3.4.0.55
To version - 3.5.0.60
I noticed that the internal PKI certificate that I installed to secure the appliance had been reverted back to its Self-Signed Dell certificate after the upgrade. So I regenerated a new request then issued and uploaded the new PKI certificate. This all seemed fine with no issues until I restarted the appliance. Each time I restart the appliance, the certificate reverts back to the Dell self signed one.
Has anybody had the same issue and have a fix for this.
Thanks in advance
Dave

2000DXP,
Thank you. We are aware of the issue you explained and it should be resolved in the next release. If you need, you can call in to the OpenMaage group to get it done now.
Let me know if this helps.

Hi Chris, I hope you are well.
As this system is deployed on a customer site of ours, I would appreciate the option to get the fix early.
What would the process be to arrange this.
Many thanks in advance.
Dave.

Thanks Marco,
I couldn't get an early update for the appliance, but will wait for the next release and apply that.

Dave
