Serverobject is grayed out and cannot see updates in baseline
Hi.
I have about 1500 servers in OME and got one server that will not show any updates when I apply it to a baseline.
I have tried different baselines, removed the server from inventory and added it again, maually upgraded both bios and iDrac and the removed/discovered it again.
I have also checked all settings in both bios and idrac to compare with a working server to see if there are any differences. It's not. Also checked to see if the Lifecyclecontroller is doing the inventory when server is booting.
OME still show the object as gray in any baseline.
I have the latest update of OME.
Had a guy from Dell taking a loot with me yesterday with no success.
No Events found!

Hello @Olebol,
Seems you have performed all checks I should do myself on a system with this kind of issue. What model is the server? Is it in a different network configuration?
You mentioned a colleague from Dell was looking at this. If so, do you have a case number? I would suggest to open a case and make sure it is escalated to OME support. They will need to check the logs.

have you checked, if the server type (exact name) is listed in the repository what belongs to the baseline?
