Services plugin

I just installed the Services plugin - it is asking for a PIN and Access key - how do I generate these?  Who do I call - can't seem to get anywhere.  I have a 'black' checkmark by my name - so I believe my account is correctly configured - but when I login - it does not show a PIN or Access key..  Who can I contact on this?

Well, that is just about impossible - when you call the general tech support numbers - all that want are service tags - how do you get tech support for OpenManage Enterprise?  Is there a direct line?  I have been trying for a week to get someone at Dell to help me with this and I am getting nowhere.

Did the article help for you?

If they need a service tag you can supply any tag of a server or storage you may be managing by OME   and   ask for the Systems Management team. I would recommend a tag that has an warranty.
