Share Baselines

Question

Hello i already have a thread with this topic, but the thread died down, this is why i open a new one:

I added LDAP authentication to our OpenManage Enterprise Server. Now i have the problem that only the admin accounts can see the Baselines for Driver Compliance.

I created a custom Device Administrator Group but they cant see them either, only if they create the Baseline themself.
I already take a look at the baseline but there is no possibility to change or customize any permission settings. In the user permission group are also no possibility to give them access to anything specific.

Does somebody know how to change this?

MarvinDorn,

It is working as designed based on RBAC, as it is currently constructed, as only admins can see all baselines. While I think it should be possible for custom roles to allow for this, it currently doesn't. It is my understanding that it is in consideration for future OME releases, but I am not certain if it will or won't be added in the future, or when that could be.

Hey,yes this helps because i have a concrete answer that it doesnt work as i want.I mean the feature that i can tell the baseline who can see it should be a base function but anyway.Can you maybe find out if it is planned and then when it is planned?

Unfortunatly I am not in that loop until it actually drops, but I would suggest you just keep OME up to date when releases drop, and hopefully it is something they decide to add sooner than later.
