Unable to clear Warning state for a server

I have a PowerEdge 720xd that OME has flagged as being in a warning state.  The alarm seems to have originated as part of the Rollup Status for the PERC H810 adapter.  I have checked in both OME and directly on the iDRAC and I can't find any alerts for the drives, the enclosure or the adapter itself...everything shows green.  I've acknowledged the alert in OME but the server is still listed as being in a warning state.  I refreshed both the inventory and the health status with no change.  I've deleted the server in OME, but I'm not sure if that actually deletes it out of the database, because when I re-ran the discovery it came back with the same warning state.  Thoughts on what else I can try to get this server back to showing a healthy status?

@DELL-Daniel Myunfortunately the original alert is gone, presumably a consequence of my deleting and rediscovering the server, but it was a CDEV6129 alert - Device Health has deteriorated based on my search history.  I tracked it to the PERC H810 but as stated in the original post, everything showed as being in a ready state.

I did some additional digging and found that the cause of the Warning state shown in OME is a failed Enclosure Management Module on the PERC H810 controller.  What concerns me is that the controller and enclosure both show as being in an Ready state in OME and the iDRAC when apparently it has a failed module. I would have expected that failed module to put the enclosure and controller into a Warning/Degraded state even if it is working off of a redundant module.

Hello

On the All Devices page you can click on a link for all systems with a warning status. It should list the category of the warning in that list. You can also go to the device page and review all warning alerts.
