Update Management - Check DUP availability
Hi
We have been trying to download older and some new Repo's but we getting errors on some packages that need to download.
Failed to download iDRAC 6.10.00.00. Check DUP availability.
Failed to download Dell Server PowerEdge BIOS R630/R730/R730XD Version 2.16.0. Check DUP availability.
Anyone else got the same issue and or know how to fix it?

Hi, it could be regarding the current catalog. You can try to create a custom repository or single DUP file to single device method.

All of the below with "Completed with errors" state are affected, not just one specific catalog

I'm not sure what causes that. I couldn't find a similar problem so far. If network configuration and firewall settings are to ensure that they are not blocking the download, I can recommend contacting the support team for further investigation.
