Can you describe the action you were performing at the time of the error?

And can you describe the error message displayed in the image?

Hi, Looking at the screenshots, the message seems to be coming from PERC, but to be sure, we will need more details. What server model are you using? Are there any messages logged in iDRAC Lifecycle Logs for this system. OpenManage Enterprise reports the data as is reported by the server, so you might be able to get more details when you login to iDRAC.

I see you have posted on the English speaking board. I will help you as best I can. Can you make replies in English?

What version OME are you on?

Are those messages still current? Looks like one is from August the other March.

Try clearing the browser cache and reboot the appliance.

I'd recommend make sure OME is updated to the latest along with the iDRAC and BIOS firmware on the hosts.

Also try giving the hosts a flea power drain:

drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed). After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in, then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.

If after those are updated and you still have the issue could you provide details of the host giving the message.
