Why is OME so slow?
What's going on with OME when updating the plugins? It's so slow that it would be faster for me to just download the entire software anew and install it from scratch? I could also write a long letter to Santa and go take a big dump and it still hasn't updated it. What is it doing? Only thing that is coherent is that it is just as slow as rebooting one of your servers. Perhaps the same trainee has coded the same sleep() functions there?

I want to know the same thing. My OME is also insanely slow to do anything. even logging in. VA was made from Dell's template.

I also installed OME on a clean environment. No plugins are signed into but it's extremely slow. The IP is slow in the browser.

Hi there,
Thanks for your message, if OME feels slow, it could be due to system resource limits, network latency, or the number of devices being managed, we need to more investigate.
Did you try to restart the appliance? Monitor > Troubleshoot section
Also test device connectivity via protocols like WSMAN, Redfish, and SNMP
