All Devices shown as unknown
Hello.
Just installed OME and configured 2 servers. Unfortunatelly both servers appear as unknown.
Running the troubleshouting tool seems to be fine:

| MIB-II (System Name) | CorrectName |
| MIB-II (MAC Address) | 84:2B:2B:6E:19:D7 |
| Server Administrator (Version) | 7.3.0 |
| Storage Management (Agent Version) | 4.3.0 |
| Inventory Collector (Agent Version) | 6.4.0 |
I've read the FAQ and all the posts on this forum on this topic that google found.
Still no luck and out of ideas. Anyone can help please.

Ok, good the TT is ok...thanks for that info, it helps.
What kind of range/ip did you put in your discovery range?
Can you delete and re-create the range with _only_ a single IP address and _only_ SNMP/ICMP checked?
Do you use default public snmp comm string, or different? If so, remember it is case sensitive.

Well, I forgot to add the community name in the discovery.
