Authentication Failure

Question

I am getting alert of Authenticdatoin Failure against Dell R710 server running Windows 2008 R2. It is running OMSA and SNMP is configured correctly. Why this server is showing 'Authentication Failure' alert but when I look at the server in device group, it is showing normal with exclamation mark in yellow triangle. This indicates to me that OME is making connetion to server. Then what does alert means?

No, that is not the case. 10.2 doesn't apply to my situation
