DRAC7 FW update not showing for several systems

Question

When I look at non-compliant systems in the System Update area, several servers with older DRAC7 firmware are not showing the update to the latest version 1.57.57. Some servers DO show the update though (and it seems to be servers that already have a pretty recent version of the firmware, like 1.50+).

Servers with older versions don't show the upgrade. For instance:

1.06.06 (Build 15)
1.20.20 (Build 24)
1.23.23 (Build 1)
1.30.30 (Build 43)
1.35.35 (Build 7)
1.37.35 (Build 2)
1.40.40 (Build 17)

Any ideas?

Hi and thanks for the question.

Yeah, there are some old posts on this I'm pretty sure, but if I recall there were some older iDrac f/w versions that were problematic, in that they would not allow OME to report needed updates. So we suggested getting them at least up to 1.31.30. There are some details in the whitepaper below.

See if that shortens the list, then we can look at the remaining.
