After moving the database (remove from source and restore at target), when you launch OME for the first time, it will ask for database reconfiguration. You need to provide new SQL server and instance details with credentials to finish the process. No other edits required.
Always good to keep a backup copied. Also, good to keep following white paper handy for any database related tasks / operations needed with OME:
