Non-Silverlight Version coming? Less and less support...

Howdy,

When will a non-silverlight version of OME be released?  I saw a discussion from a couple years ago in this thread which mentions OME Enterprise.  However, the link doesn't work.

Should we be replacing OME with something else from Dell that uses more current technologies?

    Hello,

    OpenManage Essentials was replaced with OpenManage Enterprise. OMEnt is a virtual appliance and does not use Silverlight. You should be able to find out most of what you may want to know about OpenManage Enterprise here: https://www.dell.com/support/article/sln310714/openmanage-enterprise

    One thing to call out though, Essentials offered some in-band management, but to the best of my knowledge, there is no in-band management capability in Enterprise.
