OME showing TL4000 as unknown
Hello,
I'm was hoping someone might be able to help me with this.
I have OME 2.2.02056 setup and running, there are few servers that I monitor that's working fine.
I have PowerVault TL4000 Tape Library that I would like to monitor via OME as well.
I have set-up SNMP destination in TL4000 to the OME server, also the OME troubleshooting tool shows SNMP working OK.
I was able to discover the TL4000 via OME, however it's coming up as unknown.
Also there is no device type, model. service tag etc displayed in OME.
I can confirm I have received few alerts from TL4000 to the OME (such as user log on and log off).
What am I missing? why is this coming up and unknown?

I found the answer to this - during discovery I had selected it as 'PowerVault MD Array' under 'Device Type Filtering', changed this to 'Other Device / SNMP' and rediscovered it. Now it's showing under Tape Devices as expected.
