OpenManage Essentials Device Troubleshoot Greyed Out
I have not been able to use the Troubleshoot within the context menu of a device in the device tree as the Troubleshoot option is greyed out. I have frequently used this option within ITAssistant to verify CIM or snmp authentication was working properly on that particular device.
How can this Troubleshoot feature become enabled with OME as it seems like the feature does exist?

In Essentials you must enable the interactive launch of the troubleshooting tool through the Preferences menu.
1. Click – Preferences
2. Check – Allow Troubleshooting Tool Launch
3. Click – Apply
4. Click – yes to the UAC warning
5. Click - Install
you must install the Active-X component in-order to launch the tool from within the Essentials console.
otherwise you can run the tool from the icon on the desktop
