After discovery/inventory of your blades, do you see "Software Inventory Info" under "All Devices -> RAC" for any of the devices listed here ? If not, right click on the device and select "Refresh Inventory".
If you still do not see "Software inventory info", check "Issues and Resolutions" tab under Manage -> System Updates. It should indicate a reason and provide a recommendation.
The "Software Inventory Info" section shows up with the firmware versions of several components such as the BIOS, LCC, iDRAC but still no sign of the NICs' firmware version for neither my Intel 10Gbe or my Broadcom Gigabit. This section was there even before I refreshed the Inventory though.
