Server Health Status unknown issue
OME version: 2.0.1.2222
Target server: PE R910 (MS Server 2008 R2 Std x64), OMSA 7.2.0
After running the discovery by WMI, the target server health status is showing unknown. I have verified the target server have OMSA installed and online in our LAN. I also tried to remove the server in OME and re-discover again but still showing status unknown. Is there any other suggestion on how to solve this issue?

Hi Kent, thanks for the query.
Can you run Troubleshooting tool WMI test against this server and share the results? This tool gets installed along with OME.

Thanks for the information.
Seems like Dell namespace (added by OMSA) are not available through WMI. I would suggest you to restart OMSA services or reboot the target server then discover it again in OME.

This problem has been resolved after I update the OMSA to the latest version
