System Update - non-compliant systems but no updates needed
I am using OME 1.3 on a 2008R2 server. I have 4 Server 2012 R2 Standard servers that show up as Non-Compliant Systems. When I click on them though, there aren't any updates to apply and if I manually boot in to System Services it shows everything as being up to date. How do I get the servers out of Non-Compliant to Compliant?

Thanks for the question.
Are you discovering these servers In-Band (like SNMP or WMI w/ OMSA)? Or out-of-band (iDrac + WSMan)?
Thanks,
Rob

I am using WMI and also WSMan to discover the iDRACs.

Try deleting them from the device tab, then rediscover them and see if they show up under the proper tab.

That didn't help. They came back to Non-Compliant.

Which is the catalog that you are using? Is it FTP or local repository? Can you try reimporting the catalog from system updates page and see if that helps?

I think it is time we suggest you to log a trouble ticket. It would be best if the support guys take a look at the db and check if something is causing the problem. You can log the trouble ticket at 800-945-3355.

It is using FTP and version NM0XF, released on 6/12/2014. Reimporting the catalog didn't help either.

Did you end up getting this resolved? What was the outcome \ solution? I am experiencing the exact same issue.

It resolved itself. I didn't do anything to resolve it.
