Pro 16 Plus, Bluetooth is unstable
Connection QCY bt phones or bt mouse
Too instable: mouse has unusual movements, and during calls people can not hear me OR my voice goes robotic. Not related to internet connection because in the moment that I turn off my phone and use laptop mic tha call is much better.
Tried another headset (sony, philips, apple original and a generic), all of them has the same problem.
Seems to be a dell BT driver problem.
Dell SW says that I´m up-to-date and there is no update to be made.
How to fix?

Turn off WiFi and just use wired ethernet. This will free-up 2.4ghz for Bluetooth.
If not possible, try connect WiFi to a 5ghz (only) Access-Point.

The viable number of simultaneous RELIABLE connections is 3 - 5 depending on the nature of the devices.
Early BlueTooth (especially on HP laptops) time sliced devices, in that only 1 was active for its allocated number of milli-seconds, then the next device was served etc etc. and actually was interrupted by the Wi-Fi which seemingly had priority.
Your situation seems similar, and the excellent suggestion above by @Tesla1856 is what I might have suggested if I had answered earlier.

Before our users can assist, you need to specify which Pro 16 Plus (PB16250 or PB16255).
