SupportAssist Recovery

I like that SupportAssist Recovery is available on the new Dell Pro laptops. The user interface needs some work though, not least because of the tiny tiny text (6pt?  4pt?).

    Hello,

The team has asked, "Can we try get screenshot from the customer to understand exactly on which page text size is small?". Can you provide the screenshot?

Pretty much all of them. I could be wrong but it's the sort of thing I see when the font size is set in pixels instead of pt, so it doesn't scale appropriately on high-resolution screens. If they go through the process on a Pro 14 Plus (PB14250) they'll see it.

Here is an example. I think this qualifies as an accessibility challenge.

@asbatwrk The picture is out of focus for me. But the font size appears to be the Dell standard. How do the BIOS screens appear?

"Dell standard" is too small then. Looks like 6pt or even smaller in places.
